The BONFIRE Intensive was a creative experiment in sacred activism for people aged 22-30 to come together in new and meaningful ways …
In August 2024 a group of 13 people from Belarus, Belgium, Denmark, France, Hong Kong, Lithuania, Netherlands, Romania, South Africa and Sweden gathered in Vinderup, Denmark.
Participants went through an intensive, collective process of training, experimentation, creation and reflection. Working with a team of artistic mentors and the local neighbourhood, participants created their own BONFIRES : 13 artistic interventions for meaningful human meetings.
These interventions were shared with teenagers at Vinderup Realskole and the local Vinderup community. They were also shown at the festival, Kulturmødet på Mors as part of UngKult camp.
